It was such an honor to have Ashley and Ade’s wedding featured in Brides magazine!
The High Museum of Art offers unique opportunities for portraits – and we took full advantage for Ashley and Ade’s wedding.
At cocktail hour we used our white and green color scheme in the linen and floral. We created a modern escort card display that appeared to float on an acrylic table with various white flowers.
Instead of one guest book, Ashley and Ade elected to have several books with leading questions for guests to give advice to the couple.
After cocktail hour, we moved into the Robinson Atrium with its 18 foot coffered ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.
For the design we used a mix of estate and square tables with custom white and black linen. We also mixed up the seating with crystal flex chairs, Louis Pop chairs, and high back sofas.
The floral centerpieces consisted of bold black vases with compact white floral.
For dinner, Bold American Catering treated guests to a selection of salmon, chicken, beef, or vegetarian option. The dinner served looked like works of art and tasted even better!
We created a large lounge area around the dance floor so the guests could enjoy the party after dinner.
We created a favor table where guests selected their choice of a book of the couple’s favorite love poems or write their own love poems in blank notebooks.
The sweetheart table provided an intimate setting for our bride and groom to enjoy their first meal together as husband and wife.
For Goodness Cakes outdid themselves with a modern sculpture like wedding cake and a set of travel books as a groom’s cake for our travel loving groom.
After dinner, Ashley and Ade danced the night away with their guests and then exited through sparklers in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.
