However, given their respective expertise in marketing and culinary arts, Lori and Ché are no strangers to the finer things in life. They picked the 5-Star All-Inclusive Grand Velas Riviera Maya for their nuptial celebrations. This sublime resort blends luxury, modernity, and natural beauty.
With views of the jungle on one side and the ocean on the other, it offered the perfect canvas for their masterpiece of a Mexico destination wedding.
Starting with the Welcome Party at the Zen Garden Pool, which was nothing short of magical — it looked like a slice of the Maldives had been airlifted into Mexico! The engraved coconuts and a speciality margarita bar set the tropical mood. At the same time, the palette was carefully chosen to avoid the cliché of a gender-reveal party. And instead, soft pinks and blues mingled seamlessly with ivory and gold, exuding elegance and class.
The main ceremony of this destination wedding in Mexico Riviera Maya, set against the awe-inspiring ocean backdrop, was breathtaking. A semi-circular floral arrangement in soft pinks and ivory framed Lori and Ché as they exchanged vows. The clear ghost chairs adorned with custom fan programs allowed the guests to feel as if they were floating on air, capturing every emotion-filled moment.
Cocktail hour at the Sky Bar served as a picturesque interlude before the grand reception of the couples’ Mexico destination wedding.
The Ocean Terrace was transformed into a paradisiacal haven adorned with twinkling lights, crystal chandeliers, and elegant table settings. Additionally, rattan placemats and blue glassware enriched the entire atmosphere. As the couple took their seats at the sweetheart table with cascading floral treatments, you could see the reflection of their love in every small detail.
An Atlanta-based DJ took over as dusk settled, keeping the dance floor packed and the spirits high. The night concluded with Lori and Ché sharing a kiss under a tunnel of cold sparklers. 
But the Mexico destination wedding was far from over; the Koi Bar after-party kept the fun going till the early morning hours.
