With only three weeks to plan, we transformed the The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North into a breathtaking Winter Wonderland that was anything but typical. This year was extra special, as we also marked the company’s 50th year in business—a remarkable milestone that deserved an unforgettable celebration.

From the moment guests arrived, we wanted them to feel transported into a magical winter experience. A Snow Queen welcomed guests at the entrance, setting the tone for the evening with elegance and grandeur. But the true showstopper? A custom ice sculpture featuring intricate HVAC components, paying homage to the company’s industry while seamlessly blending into the winter theme.

Guests entered the ballroom through a dramatic tunnel, emerging beneath oversized fantasy trees that made the space feel like an enchanted winter forest.

The dinner tables featured crystal chandelier centerpieces, floral bridges, and glowing candlelight, all coming together to create a dreamlike ambiance.
