It’s always an honor to have our clients’ weddings and our work published! Angela and Nick’s wedding was featured in Modern Luxury Weddings Atlanta

As true urbanites, Angela and Nick love living in the city, and all that comes with it. When it came time to propose, a romantic dinner at Marcel provided the perfect setting to make a special memory.  Nick surprised Angela with 20 of their dearest friends on the patio waiting with champagne. He gave a beautiful speech, dropped to one knee and proposed.

As they decided where to get married, they thought of one of their favorite hangout spots – Bar Margot at the Four Seasons Hotel. A rooftop ceremony allowed them to show off the city they love and we created a sophisticated reception in the hotel’s ballroom.

The overall wedding design was clean and modern with luxe details. Since both of their last names begin with “H”, stationer Foglio Press designed a custom monogram with interlocking H’s. The invitation suite included double thick white cardstock with letterpress and silver foil printing, finished with eggplant purple edge painting. The guests got a hint of the Atlanta city skyline on the envelope flap.

After getting ready with her mom and sister, Angela met Nick outside on 14th Street for an emotional first look. They strolled through the city hand in hand as they headed back to the Four Seasons.

The rooftop ceremony allowed the dramatic Atlanta midtown skyline to create a stunning backdrop. The ceremony design included a white stage with a soft draped ceremony structure and lush white flowers. After exchanging vows they exited through a flurry of white rose petals thrown by their guests.

A photo booth at cocktail hour gave guests the opportunity to take home a memento of the day in custom silver foil pressed photo holder cards. We designed the escort card display with crisp white tented cards and large modern graphic numbers with an acrylic backdrop showing the city skyline and Angela and Nick’s monogram.

It’s always a joy to see my couples experience their reception reveal. They were speechless to see the Four Season’s ballroom transformed with purple lighting, a white dance floor with their monogram in the center, and a mix of beautiful white floral and candles from Akeem Clayton Designs. The wedding party estate table was indeed grand with a mirrored top and a row of crystal candelabras. The wedding cake by the Four Season’s pastry chef mimicked the bride’s gown and was finished with an acrylic H.

It was a magical day and perfect for Angela and Nick. They shared many memories and lots of love and laughter with their friends and family It was only fitting after the end of the reception for them to head to Bar Margot with friends to continue the celebration!
