The weekend-long journey at The Post Oak Hotel in Uptown Houston began with registration. Emanating glamour and prestige, this was one memorable registration suite! White hydrangeas, roses, anthuriums, and orchids accented floral, custom lounge furniture, and a striking backdrop, it was a truly enriching atmosphere of endless possibilities. Yes, from the first step inside this Houston event, you’re not just a guest but a legend in the making.

Saturday kicked off with the Beauty Breakfast and Business Panel. Guests traversed a branded tunnel with a resounding message: “Don’t Be A Lady, Be A Legend.” As they entered the Oak Ballroom, it was like stepping into a Pinterest-perfect world. We ensured all the details were kept in check. The shades of pink and gold adorned the stage, balanced by dramatic floral arrangements and blush lounge furniture.

Robust discussions on female leadership and empowering keynotes electrified the air of the Houston event. And there were bold panels that didn’t shy away from tackling the challenges and triumphs of womanhood in the business realm.

But ladies, we know you’re multifaceted beings. So, as the sun dipped, the same Oak Ballroom transformed into a pulsating pink dance party. Completed with blush sequin tables and mesmerizing candlelight, it was an entirely different world! The highlight was the DJ bar, wrapped in blush pink with a golden logo decal. Sunday began with a very special brunch for the honorees. It gave the opportunity to highlight their accomplishments before getting ready for the gala.

We capped off the weekend with the Dripping in Gold Awards Gala. From gold sequin walls to art-inspired, floral-filled platforms, the Cocktail Hour was not just a prelude. It was an overture to what women can manifest when they embrace their authentic selves. Custom-built bars, luxe lounges, and interactive photo moments had every guest feeling like the belle of the ball.

And then, the doors opened to heaven — or what event planners in Atlanta imagine heaven to be like. Guests were serenaded by a gospel choir as they walked through a white floral tunnel leading to a gold-wrapped dance floor, all happening under a lavish gold fringe ceiling. The room itself of the Houston event was wrapped in ivory drapes, culminating in a striking stage that bore the weight of awards recognizing phenomenal women.

Yes, it was a crescendo of female excellence, underscored by a heap of details like blush koi linen tables. The crystal Napoleon chairs with ivory pads and every imaginable nuance in between topped the spectacle.
