I LOVE planning multi-day events. Jessica and Lace’s three-day soiree took place in West Palm Beach, Florida at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. These two were a whole mood and the weekend was flawless from start to finish.
The festivities of the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa wedding weekend kicked off with a Wedding Welcome Party. The decor theme was romantic – featuring luxurious velvet fabrics, florals of soft pink, blush, pops of red and white. And of course, plenty of gold accents throughout. The bar spaces, lounge set-up and flower wall were the focal points, each flowing seamlessly from one area to the next.
Guests enjoyed a fun stations menu, margarita bar with the couples’ favorite tequila, and danced to a live band. This was truly the perfect way to welcome guests and kick off a grand weekend!
The outdoor, beachfront ceremony was a jaw-dropper! The mirrored aisle runner was flanked with a gorgeous ombre of florals. The front of the aisle featured half-moon arches with lush greenery and the altar area featured a full moon arch of pink, white and red florals and thick foliage. The decor was lush without obstructing beautiful views of the ocean. It was one of my favorite ceremony designs of the year!
The ceremony seating added a beautiful pop of white and the circular back design tied in perfectly with the aisle design.
For the reception, it was time to kick things up a notch and go bold! The color palette featured shades of red and pink, black, gold and white. We flipped the switch from day to night with this design.
The cake table, head table and entertainment stage were our main focal points. A custom-crafted cake table display with black circular arches sat behind the floral draped sweetheart table. Sitting opposite was a head table for key family members + friends. A pergola of florals surrounded the family-style table.
The stage featured a black and gold geometric design, which coordinated with their custom monogram.
Instead of an invasive photobooth, we created a two-seat lounge with a blush watercolor backdrop and several floral arrangements in pinks and reds.
Live entertainment was a MUST- as were unexpected visual surprises, such cold sparks and a performance by Chrisette Michele.
Just when the guests thought the party was over, we surprised them with a 2nd line band to escort guests into the after party space.
Welcome to Club Banks! Creating a club-like atmosphere was the goal and it was absolutely accomplished! There was no shortage of velvet and gold present. A nod to the bride’s favorite artist Beyonce, we created Beyonce themed neon signs for the Drunk In Love bar, Crazy in Love photo booth, and That Suga Babe dessert display.
The dessert display included neon signage, which hinted at the after-party to come.
Both bride and groom changed into an epic outfit change with custom jogging suits that were so much fun!
And we still had one more surprise up our sleeve – a performance from Beyonce herself – well her very impressive personator!
As sad as we were for the wedding to wrap, the farewell brunch was a beautiful farewell party for the couple and the weekend.
We continued the pink theme, adding a gorgeous floral pattern to the mix. The couple wanted something elegant, yet relaxed.
Guests were serenaded by a gospel choir, creating an incredibly memorable experience for all.
